Family Henson helped me and my family (including a 3 month old baby girl) to relocate to London for my work.. We have only lived in the Netherlands, mainly Amsterdam, and had no idea where to look for a property in London. Paul initially interviewed me about my life in Amsterdam. After that he and his wife Heidi started creating a long list of available property options for us. On a lovely Friday morning Paul picked us up at our hotel and first helped us to familiarise ourselves with London in general and South-West London especially. Driving through London on our way to the first property we already felt that Paul really understood what we were looking for. In two days we saw over 20 carefully selected houses and flats and the one we chose in Southfields is just perfect! A completely re-decorated, three bedroom house with a nice garden. Paul managed the whole deal for us with the real estate agent and we signed the deal.

MARCO & FAMILY – Amsterdam to Southfields, London. March 2008

Moving to a new city and finding a place to live while starting a new job can be an overwhelming experience but the personalized attention and professionalism Paul and Heidi provided made finding a flat in London enjoyable and easy. It was apparent that they took the time to search for properties to meet my specific needs, especially in terms of location and vicinity to public transportation. I was relieved to have found a wonderful flat in a great location in just one day. Their knowledge and insight into the local market and the rental process was invaluable especially for a foreigner. Their follow up once the offer for the flat was made to make sure everything had gone smoothly is also greatly appreciated. I was so impressed that I even recommended their services to a colleague moving to London and I will continue to do so in the future.

Thanks again for all of your help.

ANNA– New York to South Kensington, London. February 2008

When my husband suddenly moved to London because of work, I had the daunting task of locating a suitable rental property for our family in an unfamiliar city. Paul Henson of Wimbledon Property Finders, through careful attention to my family’s "wish list", quickly narrowed down a short list of homes within our price range. I visited an excellent sampling of listings within a tight 2 day time frame. Furthermore, as the search evolved and different neighborhoods became of interest, Paul was able to tap into his extensive network and quickly secure appointments to view additional properties that were not on the original itinerary.

We just finalized an agreement on a property, and we are very excited for our move. By doing all the legwork, Wimbledon Property Finders turned a potentially stressful experience into a focused and efficient search conducted with the highest degree of professionalism and courtesy. I would highly recommend Wimbledon Property Finders to anyone looking for London housing in a hurry. Anyone relocating would be lucky to work with Paul.

Cathleen & Family – New York to St John' Hill, Wandsworth, London. May 2008

I had 2 days of home search tours with Paul. I was so pleased with his efforts that I am happy to recommend him as a very professional and helpful homesearch agent to work with.

My experience was that I firstly searched for some properties in Japan before I arrived in the UK. Of course, Paul had already informed me of the best websites to use to look at properties. I then made a list of 12 properties that I liked and Paul composed the 2 day tour with most of properties that I had identified (except the unavailable ones) whilst also adding many other suitable properties for me to view. I felt he really understood the type of house that I was looking for and which would meet the needs of my young family. Paul was also very adaptable, after he had organised the 2 day itinerary, I made one request to add another property to the tour and he willingly adapted the timetable so that we could see it. I think he is a very good and smart coordinator.

During the inspection tour of the various properties, Paul was a helpful support for me. Just after we had left a property, Paul would mark the property position on my map so I would remember the location and he would tell me of any issues he had noticed inside or outside a property such as it having little storage space or marks he had seen on the carpet. I think he was really doing his best for me and always acting in my best interests.

Finally he also provided me with a lot of the information regarding the location of the various properties we saw and the good and bad points on each area. He also gave me a lot of general advice on life in UK, the various towns and cities, transportation links, and so on. Furthermore, he did help me to open a new bank account during the tour which was more than he needed to do.

I really appreciated his help and I am proud that I experienced his tour. Why don't you ask him to help you ?
