Fees
After obtaining your search brief a non-refundable registration fee is payable in order for us to commence a search on your behalf. This fee retains our services for a period of four calendar months and is intended to cover all disbursements incurred during this search period (excluding our Additional Services – see Our services section for more details) and is redeemed against payment of the Success Fee.
Please note that all fees referred to are exclusive of VAT which will be added if applicable.

Our fees are:
Registration
- £750 on commencement of the search for clients looking to purchase a property.
- £500 on commencement of the search for clients looking to rent a property.
The registration fee is in all cases refundable against the Success Fee which is payable on successful completion.
Success Fee
Once you have exchanged contracts (or signed the letting agreement in the case of a rental property) on a property which we have located for you our Success Fee is payable. This Success Fee is calculated as follows:
Purchases: 1% of the purchase price of the Property excluding agent’s fees and stamp duty.
Rentals: the Success Fee is equivalent to one month’s rent.
