We are home search consultants acting solely for clients looking to buy or rent residential property.

By saving you time - if you are looking to buy or rent a property but do not have the time to carry out the home search yourself, then we will save you time and stress by searching on your behalf;
By finding you the perfect property- we view properties on your behalf, produce a shortlist for you to view and use our network of contacts to secure properties before they reach the open market.
We will advise knowledgeably on the pros and cons of a particular location whether it be in terms of schools, transport, leisure facilities or any other amenities that are important in choosing a home.
Where do we operate?
We cover south west London (including of course Wimbledon where the company is based), central London and Surrey.
Are we estate agents?
No. We do not act for sellers and do not hold properties on our books allowing us to be completely independent.
